Guidelines

In accordance with Income Tax guidelines, organizations are required to issue Certificate 10BE for contributors. To facilitate this, contributors must furnish their full address and a government-recognized unique identification number.

As per the FCRA 2010 regulations, receiving contributions from foreign donors necessitates the submission of a copy of their passport, including both the front and back pages.

All donations made to Women's Welfare Foundation within India qualify for a 50% tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
