Providing Shelter, Restoring Dignity

The Women’s Welfare Foundation operated a Homeless Shelter Home initiative in collaboration with the Thane Municipal Corporation from 2023 to 2025. The program provided temporary accommodation, healthcare support, nutrition, counseling, and rehabilitation assistance to vulnerable individuals experiencing homelessness.

Through this initiative, the Foundation worked to create a safe and supportive environment where residents could regain stability, dignity, and hope for the future.
